Abstract

В статье представлены результаты анализа инновационного потенциала ряда периферийных регионов Юга России, дана оценка имеющихся в них инновационных ресурсов. Отражены позитивные тенденции возрастания затрат на инновации, осуществляемых рядом крупных машиностроительных предприятий, показана возможность использования данной благоприятствующей ситуации для роста капитализации инновационных ресурсов. Сформулирована стратегия перехода южнороссийских регионов на инновационно-ориентированный тип развития.
