Abstract

В данной статье освещаются вопросы стратегического управления инновационной деятельностью организации, представлены результаты мониторинга структуры инновационных отраслей ближайшего экономического окружения, подходы к созданию интеллектуальных ресурсов и возможность определения эффективности деятельности с учетом созданных нематериальных активов, что в целом позволит обеспечить устойчивое развитие и конкурентоспособность организации.
