Abstract

Статья посвящена оценке социально-экономической эффективности расходования средств на систему здравоохранения. На уровне субъекта Российской Федерации проведен анализ обеспеченности медицинским персоналом. Сформулирована необходимая основа оценки экономико-финансовой эффективности функционирования региональной системы здравоохранения с помощью показателей, позволяющих осуществлять качественную экспертизу деятельности здравоохранения по вопросам использования материальных и трудовых ресурсов. Метод оценки эффективности функционирования системы здравоохранения дает полную картину соотношении финансовых затрат и обеспеченности ресурсами. В статье содержатся предложения по совершенствованию экономического регулирования системы здравоохранения и предложены мероприятия, направленные на оптимизацию финансовых расходов.
