Abstract

В статье на основе сравнительного анализа различных теоретических подходов к содержательной характеристике модернизации экономики, сложившихся в рамках теории развития, выявлена значимость институциональной модернизации экономики, обусловленная ее ролью системообразующего ядра в структуре механизма государственного регулирования регионального развития. Проведенный аудит институтов развития, реализуемых в разных странах, показал, что важнейшим новым институтом, оказывающим мультипликационный эффект на развитие экономики территории, выступают индустриальные парки. Проанализирована практика институционализации этого института развития в Ростовской области, что позволило сделать вывод о возможности создания индустриальных парков в других регионах Юга России.
