Abstract

В статье осуществлен анализ принципов, механизмов и эффектов системы пенсионного обеспечения как формы социальной защиты населения в условиях современной модернизации на основе эволюционного, институционального и социоэкономического подходов. В ходе исследования выявлены традиционные и инновационные принципы, обусловленные современной модернизацией, проанализированы этапы совершенствования распределительно-страхового механизма формирования и учета пенсионных прав граждан, выявлен и критически осмыслен потенциал накопительного механизма пенсионного обеспечения. В статье реализован авторский подход к трактовке социальных и экономических эффектов совершенствования пенсионной системы и классификации индикаторов их оценки.
