Abstract

В статье анализируются антикризисные методы управления предприятием, в частности, возвращение потенциала предприятия в докризисное состояние. Анализируются также вопросы реструктуризации предприятия как часть антикризисного плана управления предприятием. Понятие антикризисной устойчивости рассматривается в контексте с вопросами реструктуризации и диверсификации.
