Учетное Управление Резервной Системой Коммерческого Банка

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы учетного управления резервной системой коммерческого банка, управления рисками. Проводится классификация резервов создаваемых коммерческими банками в России. Определяются их ключевые характеристики. Описывается инжиниринговый учетный инструментарий управления собственностью коммерческого банка. Методика его применения сводится к следующему: начальный оператор (бухгалтерский баланс) банка корректируется на величину убытков получаемых банком от наличия бездоходных активов (активных резервов) и величину прибыли получаемой банком от наличия бесплатных источников (пассивныхрезервов). Сумма корректировки определяется исходя из процентных ставок банка и средневзвешенной цены капитала. Применение предложенного инструментария производных балансовых отчетов в банковском секторе позволит повысить качество управленческих решений в данной сфере, и прежде всего управления собственностью коммерческого банка, что положительно скажется на развитии всей национальной экономики в целом.
