Ключевые Тренды Корпоративной Социальной Ответственности В Международной Практике

Abstract

Внедрение принципов корпоративной социальной ответственности в повседневную деятельность предприятий предполагает социализацию трудовых отношений и обусловлено процессами экономической интеграции, важностью создания положительного имиджа предприятий в регионах присутствия, получения дополнительных конкурентных преимуществ с помощью проведения социально ответственной политики. Исследование современной практики КСО за рубежом позволяет выделить следующие тренды: развитые страны отличаются большей приверженностью к КСО, чем развивающиеся; степень реализации КСО находится в прямой зависимости от размеров бизнеса; прослеживается связь между КСО и организационно-правовой формой собственности бизнеса. В целом, интеграция принципа корпоративной социальной ответственности в стратегию развития бизнеса становится характерной чертой ведущих национальных и международных компаний.
