Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы оценки функционирования отдельных агро-продовольственных рынков Белгородской области. Проведен мониторинг потребительских предпочтений на основе анкетного опроса, рассчитаны коэффициенты эластичности спроса по цене и по доходу.
