К Вопросу О Построении Финансовой Модели Устойчивого Развития Кластера Домохозяйств

Abstract

В контексте решения проблемы повышения доходности домохозяйств и их роли в социально-экономическом развитий территории авторами статьи размариваются механизмы формирования кластеров домохозяйств и способы обеспечения их устойчивости за счет эффекта кластеризации. На основе кластерной теории и экономических концепций, изучающих экономическое поведение домохозяйств, в статье сформулированы особенности кластеров домохозяйств, имеющих в основе некоммерческую природу, показаны процессы формирования кластерной ренты и достижения кластерных эффектов. В рамках проблемы обеспечения устойчивости кластеров в статье проанализированы тенденции изменения структуры доходов домохозяйств и рассмотрены особенности их кредитования на основе реализации модели социально ответственного кредита. В итоге был сделан вывод, о том, что смещение акцента кредитования с отдельно взятого домохозяйства на их кластер, позволяет преодолеть противоречие между коммерческой природой банковского кредита и некоммерческой природы домохозяйства.
