Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам долгосрочной модернизации институциональной архитектуры взаимодействия агентов властных, предпринимательских и общественных структур в процессе решения важнейших проблем общественного развития. Речь идет о новом подходе, новых институциональных правилах и нормах их решения, которые должны базироваться на ценностно-ориентированном взаимодействии в условиях постиндустриального общества. Автор статьи также обосновывает важную роль в укоренении новых институтов особого статуса «приоритетных проблем общественного развития». Последнее означает, что органам государственной власти следует кардинально изменить свое отношение к участию бизнеса и гражданского общества в инициировании, отборе и реализации приоритетных проблем общественного развития.
