Abstract

В статье рассматривается лизинг как одна из форм инвестиционной деятельности, анализируются формы и методы лизинговой деятельности в зарубежных странах, конкретизируется место лизинга в отечественной практике. Рассматривается страновая структура международного лизингового бизнеса. Особое внимание уделяется анализу совершенствования механизма лизинговых сделок. Рассматриваются перспективы развития финансового лизинга в России, как одной из возможных форм капитальных вложений, а также специфика лизинга как экономической категории. В статье исследуются проблемы и перспективы развития лизинговой отрасли, как на отечественном рынке лизинговых услуг, так и за рубежом. Обобщены основные проблемы российского лизингового рынка. Исследование опирается на статистические данные. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы лизинговыми организациями при разработке инвестиционной стратегии.
