Abstract

Одним из ключевых условий экономического роста является создание и совершенствование механизмов взаимодействия государства и частного сектора. В статье дана характеристика понятия государственно-частного партнерства, выделены его основные признаки. Рассмотрены основные формы и механизмы применения ГЧП, проанализирован зарубежный и российский опыт применения государственно-частного партнерства. Выявлены проблемы применения ГЧП в России, а также предложены меры, которые необходимо принять для более эффективного использования механизмов сотрудничества государства и частного сектора.
