Современные Тенденции Функционирования Промышленных Предприятий Региона

Abstract

Процессы экономических преобразований обуславливают необходимость совершенствования механизма управления предприятиями промышленной сферы, требующего теоретического обоснования и глубокого научного осмысления. Одним из перспективных направлений в этой части выступает разработка и внедрение современных систем управления как технологий достижения устойчивого развития хозяйствующего субъекта. Для обеспечения эффективной деятельности современного предприятия большое значение имеют: контроль процессов формирования, мониторинга и реализации оперативных и стратегических целей в условиях нестабильной рыночной среды; согласование эндогенных и экзогенных факторов функционирования; разрешение межфункциональных противоречий при разработке и реализации рациональных управленческих решений, их концептуальное обоснование, инфраструктурное и технологическое сопровождение. Данное заключение обосновывается логикой управления устойчивым развитием, особенно в условиях нестабильной внешней среды, характерных для настоящего этапа развития российской экономики и ее региональной составляющей.
