Оформление Нобелевского Концерна В России В Начале Хх Века

Abstract

В статье, на примере нобелевского концерна, рассматривается место семейнородственных отношений в формировании и развитии организационных структур российского предпринимательства в началеХХв. Проведенный анализ не подтверждает тезис о том, что по мере распространения ассоциированных форм капитала значимость индивидуально-семейных норм ведения бизнеса снижается. Скорее следует говорить о видоизменении подобных норм в связи с появлением и развитием новых организационных основ, требовавших перераспределения прав и полномочий, прежде всего в сфере собственности и контроля. Показывается, что существовавший в России набор институциональных регуляторов (как формальных, так и неформальных) стимулировал, при соответствующей рыночной ситуации, развитие семейных предприятий и их последующую трансформацию в крупные корпорации.
