Семантическая Сущность Категории «Промышленная Политика»

Abstract

Глобальные интеграционные процессы приводят к существенным трансформациям российской экономики. В этих условиях актуализируются функции государственного управления в части формирования эффективной промышленной политики для обеспечения безопасности страны. Перспективным направлением разрешения указанной проблемы выступает гармонизация государственной индустриальной политики. Для обоснования важности вышеприведенного отметим, что в настоящее время отсутствуют общепринятые теоретико-методические подходы, раскрывающие содержание данной категории в аспекте безопасного функционирования промышленного комплекса, а передовой зарубежный опыт не всегда возможно применить в российских условиях. С учетом данного вывода целесообразно провести анализ и дополнить существующие трактовки, а также усовершенствовать методический аппарат понятия «промышленная политика». Для исследования структуры и свойств экономических категорий, таких как рассматриваемая, следует изучить ее эволюционное развитие в трансформационных процессах, обусловленных рыночной средой.
