Abstract

В статье рассматривается процесс институционализации и согласования социально-экономических интересов граждан и государства через институт общественно-государственного партнерства, который выступает неотъемлемой частью гражданского общества. Раскрываются различные подходы к понятию гражданского общества, обобщены теоретические и практические аспекты деятельности общественных и благотворительных организаций в РФ.
