Abstract

В территориальном аспекте к числу объективных причин, определяющих современный инвестиционный потенциал регионов России, относятся "нерыночные свойства" ее пространства: неравномерная заселенность территории, узкая специализация большинства региональных экономик, недостаточная развитость инфраструктуры инвестиционной деятельности, огромные межрегиональные различия в уровнях социально-экономического развития, экономического, трудового, природно-ресурсного, индустриального, потенциалов, структуре производства, транспортно-географического и экологического положения, политической и криминальной ситуации и т.п.
