Abstract

Современное состояние региональных рынков образовательных услуг характеризуется наличием определенных проблем, связанных с отсутствием программ развития региональных образовательных структур. Именно с целью устранения данных проблем необходимо определить факторы, способствующие повышению эффективности функционирования региональных образовательных рынков.
