Abstract

Попытки реформирования агропромышленного комплекса страны и республики без глубокого анализа его функционирования как экономической системы, без эффективного управления самим процессом реформирования привели к тяжелым негативным последствиям. В республике за последнее десятилетие наблюдается постепенное сокращение производства отдельных сельскохозяйственных культур: кукурузы на зерно, плодово-ягодных, подсолнечника, винограда и другие. Из-за финансовых трудностей не в полной мере используются возможности внесения минеральных и органических удобрений по научно-обоснованным нормам, химической защиты сельскохозяйственных культур от болезней и вредителей. Во многих сельскохозяйственных предприятиях производимая продукция не соответствует требованиям ГОСТа.
