Abstract

Рыночные преобразования в экономике России, сопровождающиеся значительным ухудшением социально-экономического положения населения страны, привели в действие многочисленные дестабилизирующие факторы развития, а неустойчивость стала характерной чертой функционирования региональных систем. На фоне сложившейся ситуации рекреационная сфера занимает особое место в системе хозяйственного комплекса государства, поскольку в ней происходит воспроизводство трудовых ресурсов и оздоровление населения страны, что делает ее экономически и социально значимой.
