Abstract

В современную курортную индустрию вовлечено большое количество предприятий и организаций самой разнообразной направленности, организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности, видов предпринимательской деятельности, которые можно сгруппировать: представляющие услуги по размещению туристов (санатории, пансионаты, базы отдыха, гостиницы, мотели и т. д.); предоставляющие услуги питания (рестораны, бары, закусочные, столовые и т. д.); транспортные предприятия; санаторные предприятия, осуществляющие разработку и реализацию курортного продукта; предприятия сферы досуга; общественные санаторно-курортные организации; центральные и региональные органы.
