Abstract

Зависимость от предшествующей траектории развития, причинная связь и экономическая политика Основная идея статьи состоит в указании на существенные методологические различия между двумя подходами равновесной парадигмы в рамках неоклассической экономической теории и концепцией зависимости от предшествующей траектории развития в рамках эволюционной школы. В данной автор концентрирует внимание не на проблеме целесообразности и приемлемости двух методов, а скорее на значении каждого из них для анализа политики. Соответственно, согласно авторскому подходу, если принять предпосылку о логичности идей, относящихся к зависимости от предшествующей траектории развития, и их применимости, по меньшей мере, в некоторых случаях, то есть основания говорить о различиях в направлениях экономической политики в этих случаях. В статье показано, что результаты анализа политической сферы с учётом зависимости от предшествующей траектории развития связаны с изменениями перспектив политиков относительно главных целей политики.
