Abstract

Несомненная актуальность и насущная необходимость углубленной разработки комплексной научной проблемы анализа эффективных вариантов использования уже имеющихся и поиска новых ресурсов, а также обоснования результативных инструментов развития социальной подсистемы экономики регионов Юга России объясняется тем, что в условиях модернизации постоянный поиск резервов повышения конкурентоспособности стал обязательным принципом эффективности и устойчивости территориального развития.
