Пути Регулирования Региональных Рынков Труда (На Примере Республик Северо-Кавказского Федерального Округа)

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены механизмы жизненно важного взаимодействия органов власти на общегосударственном и региональном уровнях регулирования региональных рынков труда, охарактеризован состав элементов регулирования рынков труда на уровне регионов и на общегосударственном уровне, представлены новые принципы, образующие рыночную систему активности населения, области занятости и принципиальные направления реструктуризации занятости на региональном уровне. На примере республик Северного Кавказа обозначены новые тенденции на региональных рынках труда, связанные с развитием малого предпринимательства и самозанятости.
