Abstract

Национальная безопасность России в значительной степени определяется продовольственной независимостью страны, состояние которой зависит от уровня развития агропромышленного комплекса и конкурентоспособности отечественной сельскохозяйственной продукции. В свою очередь, конкурентоспособность российского продовольствия может быть обеспечена лишь при условии снижения высоких по мировым стандартам совокупных издержек в аграрном секторе, что требует существенного подъема уровня технической производства на основе использования передовых достижений НТП.
