Abstract

Аграрный сектор России особенно болезненно переживает сложный трансформационный период, в котором пребывает экономика нашей страны. Принятые в последние годы меры по поддержке АПК, такие как финансовое оздоровление предприятий, субсидирование процентной кредитной ставки, развитие лизинга, осуществление Федеральной программы социального развития села, позволили несколько улучшить ситуацию. Падение производства было приостановлено, наметился определенный рост, но перелома в кризисном состоянии агросферы пока не произошло.
