Современные Подходы К Совершенствованию Инструментария Оценки Эффективности Природопользования

Abstract

В статье выявлено, что основные направления экологизации природопользования региональных горнодобывающих комплексов направлены на компенсацию прямых факторов негативного воздействия на окружающую среду и слабо учитывают косвенные факторы. Пренебрежение косвенными факторами не позволяет в полной мере реализовать не только экологический потенциал эффективности, но и экономический. Были выявлены косвенные факторы и предложены перспективных направлений увеличения экологической эффективности горнодобывающих комплексов. В завершение сформулированы основные положения экономически эффективного природопользования.
