Совершенствования Региональной Политики Занятости В Условиях Тотального Восстановления Региона

Abstract

В данной статье сформулированы основные принципы формирования и реализации политики занятости в Чеченской Республике в условиях восстановительного роста. Обозначены основные направления реформирования и совершенствования политики рынка труда. Основной акцент в статье ставится на обеспечении комплексного подхода к стимулированию занятости в республике при целенаправленной поддержке государства. При реализации общей стратегии и концепции государственной политики занятости на приоритетную роль в создании рабочих мест должны быть ориентированы и региональные органы власти с учетом местных особенностей развития рынков труда.
