Стратегия Управления Себестоимостью Банковских Услуг

Abstract

Стратегия управление себестоимостью банковских услуг включает в себя ряд элементов по определению состава банковских операций и функций (активных и пассивных), раздробление этих услуг на мельчайшие операции и уточнение структуры каждой из них, проведение стратегического анализа себестоимости с учетом действующих стандартов и т.д. В данной статье рассматриваются методы расчета себестоимости как привлечения, так и распределения ресурсов. Помимо этого, предлагается методика расчета средней себестоимости единицы распределения средств, а также общего дохода банка, полученный от распределения ресурсов.
