Abstract

В статье дан краткий обзор теоретических и практических вопросов развития и использования человеческого и трудового потенциалов в инновационной сфере РФ. Формирование современного трудового потенциала рассматривается как важный процесс, без которого невозможен переход отечественной экономики на инновационный путь развития. Рассмотрены правительственные постановления, целевые программы и меры, способствующие формированию более качественного трудового потенциала. Освещены методологические вопросы инновационного развития экономики страны. Проводится анализ стратегии инновационного развития России, а также механизм ее реализации. Предложены авторские рекомендации.
