Abstract

В настоящее время, когда усиливаются региональные тенденции в мирохозяйственных отношениях, наибольшую актуальность получают вопросы управления экономическим развитием в условиях регионов и территорий. В то же время региональный аспект формирования условий управления экономическими процессами в целом и приграничным сотрудничеством остается интересной для исследования проблемой. Вступление в Европейский Союз Польши и Литвы уже приблизило его границы к территории Российской Федерации, что дало возможность приграничным регионам играть роль контактных регионов с сопредельными государствами.
