Анализ Финансового Состояния Предприятия В Состоянии Банкротства Как Важнейший Этап Осуществления Антикризисного Управления

Abstract

При проведении банкротства юридического лица арбитражный управляющий, утвержденный и именуемый временным управляющим для целей проведения процедуры наблюдения, осуществляет анализ финансового состояния должника. Наблюдение применяется к должнику в целях обеспечения сохранности имущества должника, проведения анализа его финансового состояния, выявления кредиторов должника и составления реестра их требований, созыва и проведения первого собрания кредиторов. Основной целью процедуры наблюдения считают достижение баланса интересов должника и кредиторов [5, с. 156].
