Abstract

Усиление позиций малого бизнеса связано с изменениями, происшедшими в развитых странах в последней трети XX века на базе высокого развития индустриальной системы, становления нового, постиндустриального общества. Д. Белл так определяет черты этого периода в развитии общества: «в экономике имеет место сдвиг от обрабатывающих отраслей к сфере услуг; в технологии утверждается ведущая роль основанных на науке отраслей промышленности», наблюдается «переход от товаропроизводящего общества к информационному обществу или обществу знаний», «от эмпиризма или метода «проб и ошибок», к теории и кодификации теоретического знания ради управления потоком нововведений и формулирования политики» [1, с. 661].
