Abstract

Выбор стоимостных принципов управления компанией и реализация в их рамках инвестиционной деятельности требуют от менеджеров существенных корректировок в аналитической работе и в поддерживающих управленческих процедурах. Один из сложных новых инструментов аналитики реальные опционыс трудом завоевывают внимание практиков. Одна из причин сложность математического аппарата расчета опционной стоимости проекта и отсутствие прямых рекомендаций по принятию решений. Применение таблиц управленческой гибкости и построение матриц выбора для разных этапов жизненного цикла проекта позволяют приблизить теоретические наработки к практике инвестиционной деятельности компании.
