Налоговые Льготы И Региональная Конкурентоспособность

Abstract

Базовым элементом региональной системы налоговых льгот является льготы, вводимые на региональные инвестиции (направленные на интенсивное внедрение капиталоемких технологий), льготы на корпоративные формы оплаты труда, льготы на прибыль предприятий, производящих инновационную продукцию конкурентоспособного уровня. Рост внутрирегиональной налогооблагаемой базы создает основу для возможности снижения налога на прибыль местных предприятий, производящих конкурентоспособную продукцию, что требует формирования отраслевой ориентации в региональной системе налогового льготирования.
