Abstract

Сохраняющийся (а по отдельным аспектам и возрастающий) масштаб технологического воздействия на окружающую среду, «неэкологичность» хозяйства, дефицит эффективных экономических рычагов и механизмов регулирования природопользования, оказывают существенное негативное влияние на экологическую обстановку. Посткризисный экономический рост в ещё большей степени актуализирует проблему устойчивого эколого-экономического развития как в макромасштабе, так и на региональном уровне.
