Abstract

Государственная стратегия устойчивого развития России определяет, что национальное использование природных ресурсов (в том числе и рекреационных) представляет собой важнейшую социальную, экономическую и экологическую задачу, решение которой прямо направлено на сохранение биосферы в необходимых параметрах как основы жизни на Земле [4]. Рекреационные ресурсы отдельных территориальных рекреационных комплексов (ТРК) Юга России в сочетании с трудовыми ресурсами, капиталом и предпринимательскими способностями составляют основу устойчивого и гармоничного развития этих регионов.
