Abstract

В современном обществе, где знания, уровень интеллектуального развития человека становятся главным стратегическим ресурсом и важнейшим фактором развития экономики, значительно повышается социальный статус высшего профессионального образования, предъявляются новые требования к его уровню и качеству. Особо выделяется проблема подготовки преподавателей вузов, способных осуществлять многофункциональную деятельность, связанную с профессиональным образованием и обладающих достаточно высокой педагогической компетентностью, позволяющей работать в постоянном режиме инновационного развития.
