Abstract

Актуальность системного исследования информационной инфраструктуры мирового хозяйства обусловлена ее особой ролью в процессе минимизации трансакционных издержек хозяйствования рыночных агентов, действующих в условиях рыночной неопределенности, а также развитием мирового информационного сектора постиндустриального общества. Мировая информационная инфрастуктура представляет собой систему информационнокоммуникационных взаимодействий (взаимосвязей) между участниками современных международных экономических отношений, которая обеспечивает функционирование рыночных механизмов и непрерывность воспроизводственных процессов мирового хозяйства.
