Социально-Экономическая Поляризация Населения Республики Таджикистан Как Эффект Рыночно-Трансформационных Преобразований: Оценка И Механизмы Компенсации

Abstract

На фоне катастрофического снижения материального благосостояния основной массы населения республики Таджикистан в условиях рыночно-трансформационных преобразований сложилась беспрецедентная по мировым меркам поляризация доходов и имущества. По макроэкономическим оценкам, децильный коэффициент — соотношение по этому показателю 10% наименее и 10% наиболее обеспеченного населения в Республике Таджикистан достигает 15 раз. Между тем, по оценкам социологов, опасность социальной деградации общества возникает уже при увеличении децильного коэффициента дифференциации до восьмикратного уровня.
