Abstract

Процесс глобализации, ознаменовавший собой переход капитализма на новую геоэкономическую фазу развития, независимо от того, рассматривается ли он как благо или как средство эксплуатации мира со стороны экономически развитых государств, сложился в объективную тенденцию, подготовленную всем ходом экономического развития. Главной его причиной выступает такой хорошо известный двигатель предпринимательской активности как погоня за прибылью и сверхприбылью, задачам которой уже не удовлетворяют национальные рамки.
