Abstract

В статье обоснована необходимость совершенствовать опыт программно-целевого управления в новых условиях хозяйствования для преодоления существенных социально-экономических различий в уровнях развития российских регионов, на примере регионов ЮФО И СКФО обобщен опыт разработки и реализации Федеральной целевой программы «Юг России», дан некоторый прогноз на осуществление « Стратегии социально-экономического развития Северо-Казказского федерального округа до 2025 года».
