К Вопросу О Занятости Населения В Трудоизбыточном Регионе

Abstract

Переход к рыночным отношениям хозяйствования для многих региональных образований стал определяющим при формировании структуры рынка труда, трудовых ресурсов, построения систем занятости населения. Особенно остро этот вопрос встал в трудоизбыточных регионах, где длительное время не обращалось внимание на проблемы территориальной организации производства, на воспроизводство трудового потенциала, на механизм обучения и переобучения персонала предприятия, что вызвало значительное несоответствие между предложением рабочей силы и спросом на нее в хозяйственных структурах регионов. Следствием этого стало обострение экономических, социальных и политических противоречий в трудоизбыточных регионах.
