Abstract

Вопросы информационной поддержки корпоративного управления и стратегического менеджмента тесно связаны между собой, что позволяет рассматривать систему информационного обеспечения корпоративного управления и стратегического менеджмента как единый интегрированный комплекс. Требования к такой системе вытекают из кодексов корпоративного управления, тре бований к корпоративной отчетности, моделей стратегического менеджмента, На этой основе разработана информационно-логическая модель системы информационного обеспечения корпоративного управления и стратегического менеджмента, которая содержит четыре основных подсистемы (стратегического анализа и моделирования, управления по ключевым показателям, корпоративного планирования и бюджетирования, консолидированной финансовой отчетности) и соответствующие информационные потоки.
