Влияние Энерготарифов Естественных Монополий На Социально-Значимые Отрасли России

Abstract

Целью данной статьи является исследование влияния естественных монополий на тарифы на коммунальные услуги в России. Существуют два подхода к определению допустимого роста тарифов естественных монополий в рамках регулирования цен. В статье анализируются статистические данные, которые свидетельствует о том, что российские коммунальные службы почти никогда не пойдут на снижение производства в результате повышения газовых тарифов. Утверждается, что должен быть предел допустимого роста тарифов естественных монополий на газ.
