Abstract

В последнее время в российской практике все прочнее укрепляется принцип управления организации через управление ее персоналом. Очевидно, что успех деятельности зависит не только от верных управленческих решений в той области, в которой компания осуществляет свою деятельность, но и от того, насколько эффективно используются трудовые ресурсы. В свою очередь, эффективное управление человеческими ресурсами возможно через удовлетворение потребностей каждого члена коллектива.
