Сравнение Водных Кодексов 1995 И 2006 Годов

Abstract

В 2006 году после нескольких лет споров и подготовки был принят новый Водный Кодекс Российской Федерации, который вступает в силу 1 января 2007 года [2]. Он призван заменить прежний Водный Кодекс РФ [3], принятый в 1995 году и действовавший на протяжении последних одиннадцати лет. Водный Кодекс 2006 года более чем в два раза меньше Водного Кодекса 1995 года (69 статей против 148) и имеет целый ряд особенностей, отличающих его от старого кодекса, которые носят как положительный, так и отрицательный характер.
