Abstract

Одним из основополагающих факторов современного природопользования выступает процесс экономической глобализации. Под его влиянием существенно возрастает общая «масса» экономики, усиливается её совокупное воздействие на планетарную экосистему, что ведёт к актуализации глобальных экологических проблем. В ситуации всё возрастающей техногенной деструкции природной среды повышается эколого-экономическая ценность территории, что инициирует как природоохранные усилия, так и «перенос» экологически неблагоприятных отраслей и производств из высокоразвитых стран и регионов на глобальную периферию, формирование ресурсно-сырьевой модели региональной экономики.
