Abstract

Модернизация в России рыночной экономики открытого типа предполагает активную вовлечённость страны в международное разделение труда. Основные решения, устанавливающие правила в международной торговле, принимаются ныне коллективно в рамках Всемирной торговой организации (ВТО), что делает безальтернативным участие в ней и России. Очевидно, что Россия, являющаяся важным игроком на мировых рынках и достаточно сильно зависящая от мировой конъюнктуры, не может оставаться в стороне от ВТО.
